Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Oak Creek Girl

Matthew Elmore, 23, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and possession of child pornography.

A Milwaukee man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old Oak Creek girl he met on Internet. Matthew Elmore, 23, was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography. The child pornography charge carries a maximum sentence of 25 years imprisonment and $100,000 fine, while he faces up to 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine for each sexual assault charge. According to a criminal complaint: Elmore met the girl through an online social networking site last summer. 65 years in prison? Is this really a sexual assault? Sounds pretty natural to me with both parties willing. Time to rethink the law is my opinion. 15 year old girls/women are making informed choices. Perhaps she should also be locked up until she is of age to make informed consent.   more ›

Oak Creek Man Arrested in Virginia Sex Predator Sting

A 43-year-old is accused of sending child pornography images to a Fairfax County Police Department detective, thinking he was chatting with a 14-year-old girl.

A 43-year-old Oak Creek man is accused of distributing child pornography to a person he thought was a 14-year-old girl he met in a chatroom but was actually a detective from Virginia. Richard Lee Tomaszewski was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday with attempting to cause a child to view a sexual act, four counts of sexual exploitation of a child and three counts of possession of child pornography. If convicted, he faces up to 123 years in prison and $705,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: A detective with the Fairfax County (Va.) Man Posts Nude Photos of Teen on Her Facebook Wall, Police Say

26-year-old Cudahy man got an Oak Creek teenager pregnant, then harassed her and her mother after they kicked him out of their home.

A 26-year-old Cudahy man posted nude pictures of an Oak Creek teenager he got pregnant on her Facebook page in an effort to harass her and her mother, authorities say. Andrew Addis was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Friday with one count of sexual exploitation of a child, one count of possession of child pornography and one count of sexual intercourse with a child. If convicted, he faces up to 66 years in prison and $210,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: From April 8 to Aug. 12, Addis lived with the 17-year-old girl and her mother in their Oak Creek home. Oak Creek Company Finds Massive Child Porn Stash on Man's Computer

A computer brought into DK Systems had 25 gigabytes worth of child pornography on it, according to a criminal complaint. The computer's owner, a 61-year-old man, now faces 20 felony charges.

A 61-year-old Town of Norway man who brought his computer into an Oak Creek company for repairs is now facing 20 felony charges after the company discovered numerous images of child pornography. Marcel R. Troutwein was charged in Racine County Circuit Court Wednesday with 20 counts of possession of child pornography. The charges carry a combined maximum sentence of 500 years in prison and $2 million in fines. According to the criminal complaint: Troutwein took his computer to DK Systems, 9555 S. Howell Ave., on July 5 to have work done on it and transfer files to a new computer. Employees called the Oak Creek Police Department after finding child pornography images on the computer. Bring back the 50s, but then again this could of been going on back then also. I wonder how long this could of been going on. Report: Man Turns Himself In For Child Porn Addiction

Oak Creek police still investigating case.

A man walked into the Oak Creek Police Department Dec. 18 and turned himself in for what he said was an addiction to child pornography, according to a Journal Sentinel report. The newspaper reported that police seized his laptop and expect to search it for evidence of child pornography. He has not yet been charged. Click here for the entire report.

Updated: West Middle School Student Under Investigation For Child Pornography

Student allegedly showed nude pictures of 14-year-old.

Update 9:50 p.m. Wednesday: the school in which the incident allegedly took place was West Middle School, not East. This story has been updated to reflect that. A student at West Middle School is under investigation after allegedly showing nude photos of a 14-year-old girl to other students, according to media reports. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that the boy denied having inappropriate pictures on his phone when questioned by police and school administrators, but allegedly told other students that the girl had sent the pictures to him. Police are seeking permission to search the boy's cell phone, according to the report.

If the girl sent these pictures voluntarily, then the boy should have done the right thing and immediately told an adult, not show the pictures to his friends. I'm sure there are plenty sides to this story. Since preteens are always searching for approval, did she send them because he coaxed her into doing so?
