Three Face Charges In Theft of Purse From Grocery Cart
Police say three suspects used credit cards stolen from a woman at Pick 'n Save to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of goods at other stores.
Two men and one woman are facing charges after one of them allegedly stole a woman's purse out of an Oak Creek grocery cart, then used her credit cards to purchase goods across the area. Jessica Lynn Boudnik, 25, Richard Joseph Spiller Jr., 31, and Andrew R. Stephens, 25, are charged with six combined counts of theft and unauthorized use of personal identification. If convicted, Spiller faces up to six years in prison, Boudnik 12 years and Stephens 13 years. According to the criminal complaint: The victim was shopping at Pick 'n Save, 6462 S. 27th St., on March 27 when she noticed her purse, which had been in her cart, was missing.
