Bodywork helps relieve your aches, pains, and soreness as well as reduces emotional stress and the perception of pain. It is one of the most effective preventative measures that you can take to ensure that you live at your balanced best.

I specialize in deep tissue, sports, and Acupressure/Chinese Medical Massage (TuiNa).  I have a particular interest in the needs of the active and fitness-minded person of any age and am proud to provide a range of therapeutic options to <i>personalize</i> your wellness protocol. 

<strong>Nutritional Guidance</strong>

When you make the decision (our your body or doctor makes it for you) to adopt a new eating style, changing a lifetime of habits may seem overwhelming.  I am happy to be your guide for the implementation and understanding of your new nutritional plan.  Many people feel that changing the way they eat is hard work, but I can show you how to make this adventure efficient, economical, and sustainable.  Oh yeah…and FUN!!

At BMW, I only use 100% organic cotton linens, 100% Therapeutic-grade essential oils, 100% Organic Virgin Coconut oil as a massage lubricant, and toxin-free cleaning supplies.  Additionally, both of my offices are located in Wellness Centers which follow the same toxin-free protocols for all physical and energetic spaces.

<strong>Lauren Lucia, BS, LMT</strong> is a WI licensed massage therapist (LMT) and is nationally accredited by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).  

I received my education in Therapeutic Massage and Asian Bodywork/TuiNa from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, IL. I am a member of various massage therapy associations and participate in many continuing education seminars to ensure that my skills are constantly improving and expanding.

I am a native of New Orleans, LA and curently live in Bay View with my dog and cat: Miller and Spark.  My motivation for wellness is fueled by the knowledge that our bodies are on loan from God and that He means for us to live happily and healthfully.  I love to read natural health and nutrition books, go to wine tastings, and play outside (exercise) and I am an active member of Oak Creek Assembly of God.
