Why don't you keep your mouths shut, at least until both sides are heard. You lay blame based on an accusation without hearing or seeing all of the facts. The sad thing is that when this case does eventually get to court, so much will be suppressed that it will be almost impossible to know exactly what happened; further more preventing the court or the public, from making an unbiased conclusion. If you don't want to look like a total idiot by making uneducated assumptions, why don't you wait until the case plays out? Better yet, get involved and attend the hearings and actually watch the trial. Oh wait, from your idiotic posts, I see you already made your conclusions.

ReplyIsn't it wonderful that a slap is all he'll probably get!?!? Why is it that is is happening more and more? I could almost understand leniency after a 1st offense but 2 or more is totally inexcusable! What is wrong with out law-makers? We need stiffer penalties!

Hey Jimmy, do you read what you write before you post it?
First you write, "Ummm... D'Abbraccio does have proof - the people that submitted the affidavits."
Then you write, "Ummm... did you miss the part wherein D'Abbraccio was quoted as having said " I have no proof of fraud."
Assertions are NOT documented proof. They are assertions. That is why it is being investigated.
