Jessica Stephen, Neighbor

Jessica Stephen is freelance writer for Patch and has been a reporter for more than 10 years. A Milwaukee native, she lived throughout the metro area before returning to Milwaukee County, where she lives with her husband. In addition to writing for Patch, Stephen works full-time at the Kenosha News and writes for publications throughout Wisconsin. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
