ReplyI am assuming this is more like a city park, such as Rotary Park, etc., where dogs are allowed when leashed ... I think the bird sanctuary doesn't allow them because its more of the nature preserve atmosphere ... but I'll shoot an e-mail to the city and get back to you officially.

When I said competitive business here, yes I meant something that would directly compete with an existing business ... IE — two mexican restaurants, two meat stores, two shoe shops, etc. Some feel that Main Street, Officials, etc., should reach out to more unique businesses rather than just try to fill the spaces.
