ReplyIt shouldn't matter how much money he has, Chris. He was wronged and should be compensated. Are you saying that you wouldn't seek damages if your crops were destroyed? I think anyone would want the fair value of what they lost - regardless of who caused the fire.

To me, that sounds like an awful lot of money to be throwing down for something that will need need to be repaired/replaced in 15 years or less. Would there ever be an option to revert back to regular grass or would the changes being made to the ground make it so this turf is permanent?
I also wonder about the availability of the community to use the turf once installed. You thought the school district was stingy about hardly anyone but the football team using the field when it was just REGULAR grass....can't wait to see what measures are put in place to keep people off of it!

A few years ago I noticed our street signs were replaced and one of them read, "2th Ave." A couple days later the sign was replaced, but I couldn't help but wonder who messed that up! Tooth Avenue!
