Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Girl at Bender Park
A man was arrested for second-degree sexual assault after an alleged incident in May 2012.
Oak Creek police have arrested a man for an alleged May 2012 sexual assault in Bender Park.
According to a police report, a father called police June 30 because his daughter's ex-boyfriend was harassing and stalking her.
During the investigation, the girl told police that in May of last year, the man forced her to have sex with him in a wooded area at Bender Park, 4500 E. Ryan Road.
Police arrested the man for second-degree sexual assault. He has not yet been charged, according to online court records.
