Mike Tyson-Esque: Piece of Ear Bitten Off in Bar Fight

A man lost a one-inch chunk of his ear during a bar fight May 19 at Diane's Second Chance Saloon.

Holyfield-Tyson apparently broke out Saturday night at Diane's Second Chance Saloon.

According to an Oak Creek police report, two men were fighting about 2 a.m. May 19 when one of them bit off a one-inch chunk of the other's ear—like the infamous 1997 boxing match in which Mike Tyson bit Evander Holyfield.

A bartender told police the incident started as a verbal altercation in the parking lot and turned physical inside the bar, 9430 S. 27th St.
